It’s the best of both worlds and there are no other towns in Ontario can boast of those attractions.
Home sales goes in cycles. The market climbs in the spring as some sellers decide to sell to get a summer closing. Then there are the late bloomers, sellers that decide to hang onto the property for one more summer and try to sell in the fall. As we know the fall market is far slower than the spring real estate market, buyers are not thinking of summer days on the beach in the fall. So, what tends to happen is a higher inventory of homes.
