Rupert’s Landing is a beautifully designed one of the few gated communities in Collingwood. The community is named after Rupert Bronsdon, he built Rupert’s Landing from 1986 to 1989. With a little over 18 acres, the development sits on the waterfront of Georgian Bay. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful gardens and mature trees lining the paths making Rupert’s Landing a highly desirable location.
In total, there are 207 condo units and among them, there are 156 condo-style units in low rise buildings, in addition to the 51 condo units in “Rupert’s main tower”. Rupert’s Landing Condos for sale
Throughout the whole Rupert’s community site, there are buildings scattered along a meandering road housing 1 to 2-storey condo units and a magnificent 10-storey tower.
